    CAMPING IN KAMENJAK AND POREČ

In the beginning of August we took a  few days off and went on camping trip to the Istria – Croatia. We spent 3 days in Kamenjak and then 3 days in Poreč. As you may assume this was  another very last-minute decision. Going to Croatia in a high tourist season could mean the only affordable form of accommodation was our own tent. This camping trip turned out really great, despite the fact everything was packed with tourists. We found a nice camping spot under the pine trees  and we had no neighbours – so it was almost a private camping haha. We slept under the stars and woke up every…

    Spring roadtrip series – Austria

Continuing our road trip series – this time we decided to drive to Austria , to be more precise – to Klagenfurt and then to Wörthersee. We decided to capture spring in it’s fullest form. Well, we’ll see about that. Chicago was always special to me and I’ve been dying to go there for a long time. I don’t really know how to put this, but let’s say I used to know a (special) person who lived there. That was years ago. Ever since, it’s always been everything about Chicago. This might…

    Tourists in our hometown

We had no plans for this past sunday so we decided to go somewhere and spend a nice sunday tohether. None of us felt like driving somewhere too far and the weather wasn’t very promising either. So we ended up staying in Ljubljana, pretending we are here on a vacation. We left our apartment and walked all the way to park Tivoli, where we grabbed a coffee at the Café situated in the middle of the park. Despite the fact that we don’t go there very often, the surrounding and the atmosphere there are so different it wasn’t hard to pretend we’re somewhere on vacation. While we drank our coffee the sun came…
